FRAMINGHAM: Patricia (Daniel) LeClare, 66, died unexpectedly Friday August 12, 2011 at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham.

Known for her warm and gregarious personality, “Pat” resided in Framingham for 32 years, and relished in opening up her home to guests and being surrounded by laughter. She had a passion for cooking and took pleasure in sharing her recipes with others. She loved traveling with her husband of 43 years, Philip Conrad LeClare, and particularly enjoyed spending time at ocean front locations.

Born to the late Frank and Margaret “Marge” Daniel in Brooklyn, N.Y., Pat graduated from St. Helena High School in New York and was married to Mr. LeClare on Sept. 9, 1967. She worked for a short time, but spent the better part of the next two decades raising their children, Philip of Salem, Jeanne of Framingham, and the late Kristian, before returning to work as a receptionist at BJ's Wholesale Club in Framingham where she spent 14 years until her retirement in 2010.

In addition to her loving husband and two children, Pat is survived by her daughter-in-law, Jill, and two beloved grandsons: Ryan and Kegan LeClare of Salem. She is also survived by her brother Thomas, sister-in-law Janice, nephew Scott and niece Brooke and her daughter Skylar, of Spring Hill, Fla.

Visiting hours are Wednesday August 17, 6 to 8 p.m. at Boyle Bros. Funeral Home, 173 Union Ave., Framingham. Funeral services and burial will be private. The family suggests memorial gifts in Pat's name be made to: The Salvation Army Framingham Food Bank, 35 Concord St., Framingham, MA. 01702
