Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Held for Total Body Solutions

  • November 8, 2010

The Metro West Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting for Total Body Solutions.  More than 40  people gathered at the new location at 630 Worcester Road last month.

Total Body Solutions offers a variety of products to enhance healthy living.  In addition to offering footwear and decompression products, Total Body Solutions offers Q-Ray Ionized Bracelets, Hang-Ups Inversion Tables and the largest selection of Biomechanical Locomotion Footwear.

Owner Ken Fischer welcomed guests to the new facility and challenged them to descend the custom designed ramp which tests his specialty footwear.

"When people talk about economic development, I like to remind them that it is not just the investment in the building or the capital expended on product that contributes to the economy.  It also includes the support of local workers who provide the electrical, plumbing and carpentry work.  By using local tradespeople, I am able to get top-quality work and support job creation.

Andre' Porter, Executive Director of the Massachusetts Office of Small Business and Entrepreneurship was on hand for the event.  "With the opening of this new retail location, Ken Fischer continues the strong legacy of small business owners everywhere.  It is remarkable that at 74, Mr. Fischer continues to forge ahead with his vision to franchise a dozen new locations within the next year."

Total Body Solutions is open 7 days a week --10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays. The company's toll free number is 877-827-4411.
