Featured in our sold column this week is the most expensive home taken off the Framingham market in the last 7 days: a $348,000 single-family at 31 Debra Ln.

The 1,260 square foot split-level home, which features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, sits on 0.23 acres. It was sold $2,000 under its list price on Jan. 25 after 79 days on the market.

Properties were also sold in the last week on Gleason Street, Windsor Drive and Woodleigh Road.

The house at 31 Debra Ln. was listed by Century 21 Commonwealth, Richard Parillo.
