1. The Framingham Park and Recreation Commission is holding a public meeting Wednesday, March 6 at 7 p.m. at the Academy Building to review and update the current Cushing Master Plan. The Academy Building is located at Cushing Memorial Park.
2. Boston Globe sports columnist Dan Shaughnessy will be at SkyBokx 109 in Natick betwee 6 and 8 p.m. to sign copies of his newest book Francona, The Red Sox Years, which Shaughnessy co-authored with legendary former Red Sox Manager, Terry “Tito” Francona. In the book, Francona delves into what it was like managing key, yet controversial players like Manny Ramirez and Josh Beckett, his close bond with GM Theo Epstein, and the dysfunction that ultimately led to his departure from the team at the end of the 2011 season.
3. Edwards Church is offering Yoga for Veterans free class at 6 p.m.
4. Monday night is burger night at LandoZ Hometowne Grille in Saxonville. The restaurant is offering a $2.99 burger and fries dine-in only special on Monday nights.
