1. Town Meeting members are scheduled to meet tonight for a Special Town Meeting at 7:30 p.m. in Nevins Hall inside the Memorial Building. The warrant has 20 articles on it. Framingham Patch will be live blogging.
2. Cooking for one workshop at the Callahan Senior Center at 11 a.m.
4. Flyers girls volleyball will match up against Walpole today at 4 p.m. at Framingham High.
5. You will see flags at half-staff today, as President Barack Obama has requested that the United States flag at all public buildings and grounds and at all military posts and naval stations be flown at half-staff in memory of former U.S. Sen. Arlen J. Specter of Pennsylvannia, who died Oct. 14 2012.
