Arrests: Recently Released Inmate Charged With Stealing Girlfriend's ATM Card

The following information was supplied by the Framingham police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Friday, April 13

2:30 a.m.: Edward Armstrong, 32, listed as homeless, was arrested on Arsenal Road and charged on a warrant.

4:18 p.m.: Peter Goddard, 20, of 13 Winthrop Rd., Wayland, was arrested at Bob’s Store, 1 Worcester Rd., and charged with larceny over $100.

5:15 p.m.: Steven Garcet, 29, of 60 Clark St., Apt. 2, Framingham, was arrested at Richardson Court and Frederick Street and charged on a warrant.

5:59 p.m.: Joshua M. Porter, 30, of 191 Arlington St., Framingham, was arrested on Beaver Park Road, and charged with disorderly conduct, and drinking alcohol in public.

5:59 p.m.: Andrew Laird, 23, of 122 Bishop Dr., Framingham, was arrested on Beaver Park Road and charged with driving a motor vehicle with no license.

6:57 p.m.: Doris Govan, 46, of 46A Second St., Framingham, was arrested on Second Street and charged with domestic assault and battery.

7:35 p.m.: Jameson Valcin, 23, of 3 Arlington St., Framingham, was arrested on Union Avenue and Walnut Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked registration, and giving a false name to a police officer.

9:16 p.m.: David M Jackson, 58, of 126 Beaver St., was arrested on Beaver Street and charged with using a motor vehicle without authority, and malicious destruction of property over $250.

10:03 p.m.: Jose Zayas, 44, of 1 Beacon Ave., Lawrence, was arrested at Crest Motors, 308 Waverley St., and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and drug possession.

Sunday, April 15

3:10 a.m.: Ronnie T. Alves, 26, of 15 Benson Ave., Framingham, was arrested on Ellis Street and Worcester Road, on warrants.

2:40 p.m.: Anderson Silva, 25, of 122 Franklin St., Apt. 8, Framingham, was arrested on Franklin Street and charged with driving a motor vehicle without a license.

4:28 p.m.: Timothy Brady, 42, of 33 Bicknell Rd., Billerica, was arrested on Concord Street and charged with domestic violence and violating a restraining order.

5:20 p.m.: Alex Morales, 20, of 72D Second St., Framingham, was arrested at 90 Second St. and charged on a warrant.

5:47 p.m.: Silvio Oliveira, 22, of 35 Frederick St., Apt. 2, Framingham, was arrested at 145 Concor St. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault with intent to murder/maim.

5:47 p.m.: Rogerio B. Gomes, 37, of 35 Frederick St., Framingham, was arrested at 145 Concord St. and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

9:37 p.m.: Christian Morris, 21, of 47 Congress St., Nashua, NH, was arrested at Flutie Pass on warrants.

11:30 p.m.: Michael Brown, 48, of 100 Pearl St., Framingham, was arrested at his home and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, and domestic threats.

Monday, April 16

4:17 a.m.: Rodrigo DeOliveira Silva, 34, of 394 Hollis St., third floor, was arrested at home and charged with assault/intent to murder/main and domestic assault and battery and domestic threats.

5:19 a.m.: Michael Digianvittorio, 31, of 186 Wordsworth St., Boston, was arrested at train station, Waverley St., and charged with unarmed robbery, breaking and entering in the nighttime and larceny over $250, domestic assault, domestic threats and larceny from a depository. Police said he and his girlfriend got into an argument and he stole her purse and ATM card, withdrawing $200 that was later found in his shoe. Digianvittorio had just gotten out of jail, police said.

Tuesday, April 17

12:42 a.m.: Jonathan Bermudez, 25, homeless, was arrested at 100 State St. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.

12:12 p.m.: Terril Coley, 47, of 196 Arlington St., Framingham, was arrested at 8 Blandin Ave. and charged with possession of a Class A drug with the intent to distribute, possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute, drug violation near school and driving a motor vehicle without a license.

7:29 p.m.: Jorge Paulino-Laercio, 39, of 126 Beaver St., Apt. 16, Framingham, was arrested at CSX tracks, Blandin Avenue, and charged with trespassing.

9:18 p.m.: A reportedly drunk Hopkinton woman was taken into protective custody at Dunkin’ Donuts, 444 Franklin St.

Wednesday, April 18

10:40 a.m.: Paula Deoliveira, 24, of 161 Second St., Apt. 424, was arrested at Union Avenue and Walnut Street and charged on warrants for motor vehicle violations.
