Cyclist Transported to Trauma Center Via Medflight
A man, in his 50s, fell while "navigating the railroad tracks" and needed to be air lifted from Framingham to a trauma center, said Framingham Fire.
About 7:50 p.m. on Monday, a man, in his 50s, on a bicycle, failed to "navigate the railroad tracks" on Blandin Avenue and was knocked unconscious, said Framingham Fire.
A motorist noticed him and called for help.
Based on his facial injuries and that he was unconscious, it was determined to transport him via a Medflight helicopter to a trauma center, said the deputy fire chief.
