All residents & businesses experiencing power outages are encouraged to contact NSTAR directly at 800-592-2000.

  • All residents & businesses experiencing power outages are encouraged to contact NSTAR directly at 800-592-2000.
  • If you see a downed tree, in a non-life threatening situation, contact the  FraminghamHighway Dept/Operations Center at  508-532-6030.
  • In the case of a life threatening situation (injuries, downed wires, etc.), with a downed tree call 9-1-1.

At the present time and due largely to the moderate temperatures, there are no immediate plans to open shelters, according to a press release from the Framingham Town Manager's office.

There is a contingency plan to open shelters at either the Wilson
Elementary School
and/or the Walsh Middle School if the situation warrants. The situation which is likely to result in shelters being opened is the extent of flooding.

For additional non-emergency assistance and information (including shelter locations), residents and businesses are encouraged to call 2-1-1 or visit www.mass211.org.
