FOX-TV's Bill O'Reilly sent a reporter to Framingham to talk to the President's uncle who is facing yet another deportation hearing, after admitting to sufficient facts in an drunk driving case.
For 43 years, Onyango Obama has been living in the United States illegally, said O'Reilly at the beginning of the Watters' World report.
O'Reilly called Obama the "most famous illegal alien in the world."
Reporter Jesse Watters interviewed several individuals in downtown Framingham and then went to Conti Liquors to talk to Obama, who did not wish to talk to the reporter and said he called Framingham Police.
Watters told O'Reilly police never showed up.
Obama, who is the half-uncle of President Barrack Obama, is scheduled for a deportation hearing on Dec. 3. Obama, is a a Kenyan national, who was ordered to be deported in 1992. he came to America, originally, on a student visa.
Obama agreed to the facts of the OUI case in March 2012, meaning he admitted police had enough evidence to convict him. The case was continued without a finding for a year, but the judge ordered Obama give up his driver's license for 45 days.
Obama is fighting to stay here under a federal immigration law that allows permanent residence for illegal aliens who entered the U.S. before 1972 and have demonstrated “good moral character.
In 2010 Zeituni Onyango in 2010 - the aunt of the President of the United States was granted asylum in the United States, instead of being deported as an illegal immigrant.
The reporter for the FOX-TV show asked individuals in downtown Framingham, if the president's uncle was getting favorable treatment due to his famous relative.
O'Reilly asked Watters after the report aired what Framingham Police had to say.
Watters responded "they don't want to touch the story with a 10-foot pole."
And Watters told O'Reilly "I spoke to some ICE agents today off-the-record who are very concerned about this. They say, a guy that fits Obama's uncle's profile would automatically be deported after he gets the DUI. But he's getting special treatment."

JoJo, There are laws as to who can stay and why. Obviously, you aren't aware of those laws otherwise you wouldn't be making such generalizations. I don't know enough about this guy's case to have an opinion whether he qualifies for relief but he certainly gets to present his case in court. That is why we have courts, no? Or should we just get rid of those too?

If that's your answer Dan you are part of the problem. He is here ILLEGALLY and was CHARGED WITH A CRIME on top of the fact that he was DEPORTED and decided he was above the law and didn't leave. Now he wants to hide behind a law meant for ILLEGALS that came here 1972 that OBEY THE LAW. He was deported in 1992 when he no longer qualified for his student visa. Did he finish school? Did he even go to school? Either way, his LEGAL reason for being here was over and he was asked to abide by the law that he agreed to when he applied and wasgranted his student visa and Leave. The only thing he is trying to get by is the law. He is here living on our dime. 43 years and what has he done??

It's pathetic that Framingham police are disrespectful when called to assist when this man called for them when harassed with reporters at his workplace! It's the racial prejudice and not humanitarian attitude of the police to behave like that!
Tight contingent of "brother's" with minimal training in "diversity"!! I worked for Homeland Security, we had to have special training on diversity!

The man works full time and has worked for Conti's for many years, as I understand. I've heard that he is a well respected employee. I doubt he's getting any handouts and he's probably paying taxes, and contributing toward SS.
