Framingham Man Charged with Raping 12-Year-Old Girl
Framingham Police arrested the man Thursday.
A Framingham man was arrested Thursday morning and charged with raping a 12-year-old girl.
Framingham Police arrested the man just before noon at his home.
Nivaldo Teles, 39, of 171 Irving St. was charged with rape of a child by force, rape by force and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child younger than 14.
It is Framingham Police policy not to discuss sexual assault or domestic assault cases, but Framingham Police Lt. Ron Brandolini said the incident was not random and that Teles was not a relative of the girl.
He is scheduled to be arraigned today in Framingham District Court.

This young girl will be in my thoughts and prayers. Please someone make sure that she gets all of the physical, emotional and psychological help she will need for years to come.
Women worldwide must stick together to stand up against the horror of this abuse. Think about that when you go out to vote.

I agree whole heartedly with you Elsa. There is something terribly with today's society, when grown men who should have the mental capacity to know what's wrong and right, commit a unthinkable and dicspicable

To Elsa Aviza, I am appalled that you would bring politics into the rape of a child. There is NO political party that would condone this horrendous act.
