Framingham Murder Defendant Attacks Victim's Family in Court

The Framingham man is on trial for the killing of his teenage wife in 2010.

A Framingham man accused of killing his teenage wife and hiding her decaying corpse inside their apartment tried to attack her family members in court Monday, according to a report in the Boston Herald.

Kyle Alleyne walked into the Middlesex Superior courtroom and jumped over a railing trying to attack a family member of the late Heather Alleyne, according to MaryBeth Long, a spokeswoman for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.

No one was injured, said Long. After an hour recess, the trial resumed, she said.

According to authorities, on Monday, Aug. 9 in 2010 at about 6 p.m. Framingham Police responded to 1325A Worcester Rd. for a well being check upon request from the victim’s mother.

Upon entering the apartment, officers observed the teenage victim, obviously deceased, located in the bedroom area of the apartment.

Obvious signs of a struggle, blood, and evidence that a clean-up was attempted was observed in the room.  Framingham Police and Massachusetts State Police assigned to the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office launched an immediate investigation into the circumstances of the victim’s death.

The medical examiner ruled the victim’s death a homicide caused by sharp force wounds of the neck, torso, and extremities with injuries of large blood vessels and the larynx.

It is alleged the defendant stabbed the victim inside their bedroom sometime after the late evening of Aug. 4 or the following day and then lived in the apartment until he fled the Framingham area on Aug. 7.

The defendant was apprehended on Aug. 14 in Laredo, Texas, as he attempted to re-enter the U.S. from Mexico.
