POLICE LOG: Arrest Made at Conti Liquors; 9 Crashes

The following information was supplied by the Framingham Police. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Oct. 28: 2 arrests, 9 crashes and 2 breaking and enterings

1:26 a.m. Assault reported at 273 Concord St. Framingham Police advised. 

1:48 a.m. Police made an arrest at Conti Liquors, 409 Concord St.

2:32 a.m. Police arrested at Conti Liquors Juan Ramierz, 23, of 61 Fairmont St. Apt. 9 of Marlborough. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle recklessly/to endanger and drug possession. 

4:35 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 11 Fenelon Rd.  

10:40 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at High and Main streets. Two cars involved, obstructing the intersection Ambulance on the scene.  

noon: Report of a motor vehicle crash reported at 8 Carver Rd.   

12:20 p.m. Police arrested at Henry St/Union Ave. John G. McHugh, 52, of 58 Bourne St. of Auburndale. Charged with drug possession.    

12:53 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 343 Concord St., with possible airbag deployment but report of no injuries.  

12:59 p.m. Breaking and entering reported at 1 Cantebury Pl.

1 p.m. Breaking and entering reported at Stonybrook Rd.   

1:21 p.m. Car vs pole crash reported at 1 Ford Lane, with no injuries.  

2:55 p.m. Three-car motor vehicle crash reported at 220 Worcester Rd, with possible injuries. Framingham Fire en route.      

3:47 p.m. Two-car crash reported at 121 Worcester Rd, with no injuries.  

5:23 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 264 Waverly St.   

8:41 p.m. Hit and run crash reported at AMC Theatre, 22 Flutie Pass.
