1:56 a.m. Motor vehicle investigation at Freeman and Howard streets. Arrest made.

1:57 a.m. Framingham Police arrested at Freeman and Howard streets  Cajou G. Newton, 26, of 283 Beaver St. of Framingham. Charged on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle after license was revoked. 

5:35 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Dunkin Donuts, 692 Cochituate Rd.  

6:54 a.m. Larceny reported at 75 Irving St. Apt. 103. 

6:57 a.m. Report of a school bus crash at 135 Winthrop St. Apt B. 

6:59 a.m. Report of a crash at 612 Waverley St.

7:47 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into  at 8 Corregidor Rd.

8:28 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 243 Prospect St. 

8:41 a.m. Two-car crash reported at 78 Pond St, with no injuries.

9:34 a.m. Report of a 2-car crash reported at Palmer Rd, with no injuries.

9:45 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 300 Mt Wayte Ave.

10:01 a.m. Police arrested at Arlington St. Jorge Paulino-Laercio, of 10 Aaron St. of Framingham. Charged on a warrant for walking on railroad tracks.  

12:33 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Army Recruiting, 328 Worcester Rd, with no injuries.   

12:56 p.m.   Breaking and entering reported at 102 Warren Ave.

1:30 p.m. Framingham Police arrested at Lincoln St. Abner Lopez, 26, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with breaking and entering into a home.

2:15 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Target.

2:35 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 113 Lockland Ave.

2:47 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at O'Connell's, 700 Worcester Rd, two cars, with no injuries.

2:56 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Webster St.

3:08 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at Bertucci's, 150 Worcester Rd.

3:12 p.m. Motor vehicle fire reported at 146 Leland St.

4:39 p.m. Hit and run reported at Hollis St and Nipmuc Rd.

5:35 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 31 Debra Lane.

6:12 p.m. Undesirable reported at AMC Theatre, 22 Flutie Pass. Framingham Police removed the individual.   

8:22 p.m. Police arrested at his residence Michael Smokler, 25, of 49D Aresenal Rd of Framingham. Charged with possession with intention to distribute a class D drug.

8:22 p.m. Police arrested at 48D Arsenal Rd Nicole Morin, 30, of 6 Turnpike Rd of Southborough. Charged with possession with intention to distribute a class D drug.
