POLICE LOG: Assault at AMC Theatre; Dorchester Men Arrested at AMC and Wal-mart

Sunday, Sept. 2: 3 Motor vehicle breakins and 3 crashes

1:16 a.m. Hit & Run reported at 63 Prior Dr.  

2:57 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at BP Gas, 1660 Worcester Rd.

3:20 a.m. Framingham Police arrested Christian Nunez, 18, of 6 Alexander Circle of Methuen at 1660 Worcester Rd. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and minor transporting alcohol. 

9:03 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle breakin at 10 Magnolia St.   

9:40 a.m. Suspicious activity reported at 11 Magnolia Dr.  

11:39 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle breakin at 113 Beaver St.  

1:36 p.m. Breaking and entering reported at 1041 Grove St.

2:28 p.m. 2-car motor vehicle crash, with no injuries, reported at California Ave. and Worcester Rd.  

3:33 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Nordstrom Rack, 1 Worcester Rd. Police advised.  

4:48 p.m. Framingham Police made an arrest at Bank of America ATM, 417 Waverley St.

4:50 p.m. Police arrested David J. Ciampo, 55, listed as homeless in Framingham at the ATM. He was charged with public drinking bylaw violation.

5:10 p.m. Suspicious person reported at AMC Theatre, 22 Flutie Pass.

5:10 p.m. Police arrested Maliek Anderson, 19, of 65 Glendale St. Apt. 2 of Dorchester at AMC Theatre. Charged with larceny over $250.      

5:38 p.m. Larceny reported at Lowe's, Cochituate Rd.

5:45 p.m. Sanford Tyrone, 40 o 95 Greenwood St., 3rd floor of Dorchester arrested at Wal-Mart. Charged with Larceny over $250

6:11 p.m. Group reported at Maynard and salem End Rd. Police advised.

7:02 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Wal-mart, 121 Worcester Rd.

7:45 p.m. Police arrestd Damon Johnson, of 1000 Worcester Rd #4 of Framingham at Motel 6 in Tewksbury.

8:05 p.m. Undesirable reported at Claflin House. Police advised.

8:33 p.m. Police arrested Jane Doe, unknown address at AMC Theatre. Charged with larceny, assault and battery and witness intimidation. 

8:54 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 228 Waverly, with no injuries.

9:10 p.m. Group reported at 137A Winthrop St. Police advised

9:14 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle breakin at Danforth Museum, 123 Union Ave.
