Police Log: Framingham Man Charged with B&E; Two Arrests at Tedeschi's

The following information was supplied by the Framingham Police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Wednesday, July 25

12:01 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a domestic problem at Marian High School on Union Avenue. Patricia Martinez, 34, of 191 Broad St., in Marlborough, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery.

2:05 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person at Pepperocini’s on Concord Street. Daniel Downs, 54, of 140 Union Ave., was arrested and taken into protective custody.

3:21 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a domestic problem on Highland Street. Tanya Stacey, 46, of 50 Highland St., was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery, domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and witness intimidation.

10:06 a.m.: A motor vehicle crash with no injuries was reported at Edible Arrangements on Waverley Street.

2:21 p.m.: Bike larceny was reported at the train station on Waverley Street.

3:55 p.m.: Ronnie E Middleton, 42, of 8 Harmony Ln., was arrested on a warrant on Frederick Street and charged with daytime breaking and entering into a residence, larceny over $250 and malicious destruction of property over $250.

5:30 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Starbucks Coffee on Prospect Street.

7:44 p.m.: Police located a missing person on John Brady Drive.

9:22 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a fight on Second Street.

10:34 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Tedeschi’s on Waverley Street. Robert Bown, 28, of 48 America St., was arrested for disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct under liquor bylaws.

11:23 p.m.: A report of a suspicious noise was unfounded at CVS Pharmacy on Concord Street.

 

Thursday, July 26

1:17 a.m.: A hit and run accident was reported on Concord and Waverley Streets.

9:01 a.m.: Christopher Manolian, 48, of 110 Edgell Drive was arrested at his residence on a district court warrant and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, two counds of possession of firearms without identification and disturbing the peace.

1:55 p.m.: Luis Graulau, 22, of 20 Pine St., was arrested at his residence on an outside warrant.

4:25 p.m.: Scott Hollis, 23, homeless, was arrested on Hayes and Pine Streets was arrested on two outside warrants.

6:22 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbed person on Grant Street.

6:30 p.m.: Keith Fernandes, 27, of 21 Radcliffe Rd. in Hyde Park, was arrested on Waverley Street on an outside warrant.

7:09 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Tedeschi’s on Waverley Street. Tammy Fasulo, 40, of 14 Carlson Rd., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and assault and battery of a public employee.
