Framingham State University Police issued a safety bulletin late Tuesday afternoon for man who has been stopping women on Adams Road and State Street asking for kisses.

Described as a white man, 30 to 35 years old, with a shaved head or possibly bald, he has been seen wearing a grey pea coat and driving a grey vehicle.

University Police said they have received reports of the man approaching females on Adams Road and State Street telling them he is doing a scavenger hunt and asking the women to kiss him and sign a sheet of paper, so he could earn three points in the scavenger hunt.

University Police are just looking to talk to the man, as no crime has been committed. They described the behavior as "unusual" in the bulletin.
