Framingham's Winter Farmers Market opens today at First Parish Church. The market will be held in the church's hall, which is handicap accessible.

This is the first year the Framingham farmers market wll beheld in the winter, said manager Jackie Meninno.

The market will be held the first Thursday of each month from noon to 5:30 p.m. through May.

Many of the vendors from the summer Farmers Market are participating in the winter market too, said Meninno.

Hanson's Farm will be selling wreaths, greens and ornaments.

At the manager's table, Jennifer Soap products can be purchased.

Other vendors today include: Pasta D'Italia, Great Harvest Bread, Westminster Meat, C&C Lobster and Fish, Julie Z Breads, Hedgie's Hot Stuff, Odds n' Ends Pottery and Nobscot Artisan Cheese.

A Summer Place Farm and Simple Gifts Farm will be selling greenhouse veggies, said Meninno.
