Homeless Man Hits Framingham Man With Hot Frying Pan
Framingham Police were called to Richardson Circle for an assault Friday night.
Framingham Police arrested a homeless man Friday night for whacking a Framingham man in the head with a hot frying pan.
Police arrested Joseph D. Spencer, 25, listed as homeless in Framingham at 10 Richardson Circle, where the attack took place. Spencer was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Police went to 10 Richardson Cir. Apt 1R at 8:50 p.m. Friday, responding to a call.
The male victim was taken to the hospital; his condition is unknown.
Spencer was arraigned in Framingham District Court on Monday and held on $1,000 bail, according to the Middlesex District Attorney's office.
Police also placed a woman into protective custody at the same address, 10 Richardson Circle Apt. 1R, at 9:32 p.m.
