1:29 a.m.: Police called to Concord and Fairbanks streets. 1:54 a.m.Police arrest Paul M. Daugsiewicz, 53, 30 Queens Way, #1 of Framingham. Police charged him with his second offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol failing to stay within marked lanes and traffic violations.
3:58 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident reported at 171 Walnut St. Report of a pole struck. 4:41 a.m. Police arrest at 171 Walnut St. Andrew Chester, 20, of 71 Oaks Road of Framingham. Police charge him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and failing to stay within mark lanes.
6:10 a.m.: Report of alarm at IPL Equipment Warehouse, 19 Blandin Ave. Police checked, ok.
8:13 a.m.: Signal problem reported at Concord and Waverly streets. Police assisted.
9:02 a.m.: Report of an alarm at at 816 Worcester Rd. Police checked, ok.
9:45 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident reported at Bishop Gardens, 7 Bishop Dr. Two card motor vehicle accident reported in the lot near the parking garage. No injuries.
9:59 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident reported at Concord St and Watson Place. Two cars, no reported injuries.
11:03 a.m.: Hit and run accident reported at Edmands Rd and Grove St.
11:45 a.m.: Report of an alarm at Vera's, 855 Worcester Rd. Police checked, ok.
11:58 a.m.: Breaking and entering reported at St. Andrew's Church, 3 Maple St.
12:09 p.m.: Larceny reported at 32 Woodmere Rd.
12:39 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident reported at High and Main streets. Two cars involved, report of no injuries.
1:45 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident reported at Pearl St. and Union Ave.
3:34 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident reported at Beaver St and Blandin Ave. Two cars, no injuries reported.
4:21 p.m.: Report of malicious destruction of property at 11D Rose Kennedy Lane.
