If Town Meeting funds any of this OPEB -- contributions into the trust -- very real liability -- result of contracts we have agreed to - health benefits for life ... Framingham very generous benefits -- all benefits except for pension ... once we have 200 people in it (we have more than 1500) then must conduct a bi-annual - we don't know how the trust will be managed .. custodian of a trust fund - reporting requirements .. one deposit made -- there will be a calculated amount put in ... committee felt needed more info on how the trust fund will work over time ...
