A man, age 46, fell five feet and received a skull fracture, said Framingham Police Lt. Ron Brandolini.

It is not known at this time from where he fell or how the incident happened.

A medical helicopter just landed at the Massachusetts State Police headquarters for a fall victim. He was transported to a Boston hospital.

Just before 1 p.m., there was a report of a person falling at 15 Edmands Rd. It is not known where he fell fromor how far.

The patient was unconscious after the fall.
