Oh My: Stolen Shoes; Disgruntled Drive-Thru Driver
We report the odd and quirky police news from across the region.
Maybe he'll see them hanging from a utility wire.
Have you ever seen a pair of sneakers hanging by their shoelaces from a power wire over a town road? Maybe that's where a Holliston resident will find his shoes, which he reported stolen from his home early this week.
Let's assume, for this sake of this woman's pride, that she isn't from the area.
A woman called Shrewsbury police one evening this week, reporting that while out for a jog, she got lost. Officers responded and helped her get home.
As if waiting in line when you really need a coffee doesn't make you antsy enough...
...imagine being behind this disgruntled customer, who prompted a police response because she refused to leave the drive-thru. The woman left the drive-thru line before Milford officers arrived; apparently, she had a disagreement with someone in the window.

It doesn't mean any one thing; particularly in MetroWest towns. Bored kids, is my theory.
