Park & Rec Offering Ski and Snowboarding Lessons

Registration for Framingham residents begins Dec. 6 at 9 a.m. at Park & Recreation office.

Framingham Park & Recreation Department will offer ski or snowboarding lessons beginning in January. The lessons are for children in Grades 4-12 and will take place Sunday mornings at Nashoba Valley Ski Area in Westford.

The fee includes transportation, a 1-hour lesson, and 2-hours of unsupervised
skiing or snowboarding. Bus leaves Bowditch Field at 7:45 a.m. and returns at
1:30 p.m.

Registration begins Dec. 6 for Framingham residents at 9 a.m.

The fee for 6 lessons is $275. First lesson starts Jan. 6. Last lesson is Feb. 10.

Equipment can be rented for an additional $95 at the time of the pre-fit, not at registration.
