Police Log: Cambridge Man Charged With Rape, Witness Intimidation

Monday, July 23
1:43 p.m.: An animal complaint was reported on Mansfield Street.
2:25 p.m.: Brown Kendall, 30, of 29 Ocean Crest Blvd. in Queens, NY, was arrested on a warrant for arrest of a fugitive.
4:13 p.m.: A disturbed person was reported at Walden School on Kellogg Street.
7:30 p.m.: Milton Robertson, 63, of 90 Lincoln St., was arrested at the Memorial Building on Concord Street and taken into protective custody for alcohol.
9:54 p.m.: Police responded to a removed a suspicious person from Seavers Flowers on Concord Street.
11:31 p.m.: A fight was reported on Cherry Street.
Tuesday, July 24
12:53 a.m.: Police recovered a motor vehicle from Metrowest Medical Center on Lincoln Street.
7:40 a.m.: Police were unable to locate the source of a report of a suspicious person on C Street.
9:13 a.m.: Harold A Dewar, 58, homeless, was arrested at Bottazzi Plumbing on Concord street and taken into protective custody for alcohol.
11:55 a.m.: Mark Noiles, 46, of 517 Winter St., was arrested at Sage House on Winter Street on an outside warrant.
1:34 p.m.: Joseph Bushfan, 21, of 808 Memorial Dr. in Cambridge, was arrested on Waverly and Winthrop Streets and charged with aggravated rape, domestic assault and witness intimidation.
1:54 p.m.: A report of bike larceny at Framingham State University on State Street was cancelled.
3:26 p.m.: Police received a report of found property at Callahan State Park on Millwood Street.
6:35 p.m.: Police responded to a report of larceny on Frederick Street. Tiszai Vautier, 23, of 58 Frederick St., was arrested and charged with larceny over $250.
8:02 p.m.: Edmilson Silva, 35, of 12 Kendall Ave., was arrested on Beaver Park and Blandin Ave on an outside warrant.
11:52 p.m.: A juvenile was reported missing on Frederick Abbott Way.
