Charged with speeding, operating a motor vehicle with out possession of a driver's license, operating a motor vehicle while under the possession of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle to endanger/recklessly.

9:02 p.m. Police arrested at 10 Main St. Vitalie Bondari, 25, of 10 Main St. #408 of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.

9:05 p.m. Police arrested at her residence Olga Vtyurina, 23, of 10 Main St. #408 of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.
