POLICE LOG: Fay Road Woman Charged With Burglary, Armed Assault; Police Called to Wilson Elementary

Wednesday, Dec. 19: 8 crashes and 3 arrests

6:12 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Oliver and Concord streets. 

8:51 a.m. Breaking and entering reported at 434 Concord St.

10:47 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at High and Main streets, with unknown injuries.

10:48 a.m. Juvenile problem reported at Wilson Elementary School, 169 leland St. Framingham Police assisted. 

12:24 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 34 A St.

1:05 p.m. Motor vehicle breakin reported at SMOC Hosuing, 300 Howard St.

1:24 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Edgell Rd and Water St, with unknown injuries.

1:33 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at 161 Second St. Framingham Polcie made an arrest.

2;15 p.m. Police arrested at 105 Hollis St Marcial Batista, 48, of 157 Second St. #213 of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle after license revoked, refusing to stop for a police officer, refusing to give police officer license and registration and attaching wrong plates. 

4:42 p.m. Motor vehicle crash, involving 3 vehicles, with no injuries, reported at 280 Worcester Rd.

5 p.m. Shoplifter reported at CVS Pharmacy, 145 Concord St. Framingham Police advised.

5;18 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Memorial House, 317 Hollis St.

5:24 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 371 Hollis St.    

8:45 p.m. Domestic assault reported at 7 Taylor St.

8:45 p.m. Police arrested at his residence Antonio Madrigal, 19, of 7 Taylor St. Apt 2 of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.  

10:34 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Bob's Store, Shoppers World, 1 Wortcester Rd.

11 p.m.  Police arrested at 7 Taylor St. Awilda Alago, 37, of 5 Fay Rd of Framingham. She was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a stool), burglary during the night with an armed assault and malicious mischief causing more than $250 worth of damage.   

11:54 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at 700 Worcester Rd.
