Saturday, Dec. 15: 7 crashes and 4 arrests

12:15 a.m. Police arrested at his residence Victor Shaw, 21, of 46 Phelps Rd of Framingham. Charged with resisting arrest and domestic assault and battery.

12:25 a.m. Motor vehicle investigation at 1063 Worcester Rd.

12:28 a.m. Police arrested at 1063 Worcester Rd. Vincent M. Barbato, 63, of 13 Wildwood Terr. of Framingham. Charged with assault and battery on a public employee, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle to endanger/recklessly and disorderly conduct.

2;36 a.m. Motor vehicle crash at Wheeler Ave. and Main St. Police make an arrest. Verizon pole damaged. Ambulance dispatched. Highway department requested for glass and debris in road.

2:55 p.m. Police arrested at Wheeler/main Street Alexander Reyes, 21, of 45 Roundtree Rd of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to stay within marked lanes, operating a motor vehicle to endanger/recklessly and operating a motor vehicle after license was suspended. 

3:20 a.m. Unarmed robbery reported at Best Western, 130 Worcester Rd.

3:25 a.m. Police arrested at main St and Wheeler Ave Morrison Battershield, 31, of 104 Tripp St. of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle to endanger/recklessly.      

6:04 a.m. Report of loud music at 1622 Worcester Rd Apt 506. Framingham Police advised.   

12;37 p.m. Larceny reported at the Chipotle Mexican Grill, 1 Worcester Rd. 

2:54 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 51 Winthrop St, with no injuries.

5:47 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 120 Worcester Rd Eastbound on route 9. Airbag deployed and Framingham Fire dispatched.

6;14 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Hamilton and School streets, with no injuries.

6:49 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at 91 Mellen St.

7:11 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at 216 Pleasant St.

9:21 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at Hollis St.
