12:15 p.m. Kareem Taylor, 30, listed as homeless arrested at 450 Union Ave. Charged with operating a motor vehicle after her license revoked, second offense. refusing to stop for a polic eofficer, operating a motor vehicle to endanger, speeding, failing to stay in marled lanes, violation of state's drug laws, near a school, distribution of a class a drug and distribution of a class b drug.
