Chelsea, Framingham Men Arrested on Drug Charges; 6 Crashes

The following information was supplied by the Framingham Police. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Police Log Tuesday, Jan. 22: 6 crashes and 2 arrests

12:40 a.m. Motor vehicle investigation at Waverly St. and Waverly Ct.

12:50 a.m. Police arrested at Waverly St. Frederick M. Battista, 51, of 215 Spencer Ave. Apt 309 of Chelsea. Charged with drug possession. 

2:06 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 88 Simpson Dr. 

8:07 a.m. Motor vehicle crash, involving 3 vehicles, reported at 1 Edgell Rd, with no injuries.  

8:27 a.m. Medical call at Walsh Middle School, 301 Brook St.  

8:56 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 330 Cochituate Rd.

8:59 a.m. Moto vehicle crash reported at 10 Loring Dr, with no injuries.

9:10 a.m. Police arrested at Concord St. Eli Samuel Gonzalez, 28, of 6A Oran Dr. of Framingham. Charged on a warrant.  

12:07 p.m. Medical call at the Framingham Heart Center, 600 Worcester Rd.

1:53 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Family Dollar, 208 Waverly St. Framingham Police assisted.

1:53 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Tommy's Taxi, 167 Franklin St. Framingham Police advised.

1:54 p.m. Police make an arrest at Walgreens, 624 Waverly St. Police arrested Malcolm Hagret, 20,  of 18 Auburn St. Ext #1 of Framingham. Charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class D Drug.  

2:39 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Beacon St. and Lohnes Rd. Report of a car into a pole, with unknown injuries.         

2:26 p.m. Larceny reported at Best Buy, Shoppers World, 1 Worcester Rd.

2:50 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 16 Chubb Rd.  

5:58 p.m. Motor vehicle investigation at Dr. Harvey Cushing Way and Dudley Rd.    

6:24 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Wal-mart, 121 Worcester Rd.

6:52 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Edgell and Water St. A white Ford said a deer ran across the road and hit his van and then ran into the woods.
