Police Log: Motor Vehicle Violations and Cocaine Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Framingham Police. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Monday, Aug. 13

11:47 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Walmart on Worcester Road.

12:48 p.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle crash on Edgell Road and Water Street, where a traffic light control box was hit.

5:53 p.m.: An animal complaint was reported at DSW Shoes on Worcester Road.

8:52 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Waverley Court and Waverley Street. Wilfredo Ortiz, 32, of 126 Beaver St., was arrested and charged with drug trafficking of cocaine and operating a motor vehicle with tinted windows. Christian Joel Mercado Vega, 18, of 126 Beaver St., was arrested and charged with drug trafficking of cocaine and giving a false name to a police officer. Fe Sanchez, 51, of 123 Beaver St., was arrested and charged with drug trafficking of cocaine.

10:58 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious noise at Oakcrest Drive and Worcester Road.

Tuesday, Aug. 14

12:43 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a domestic problem on Irving Street. Juan Justiniano, 50, of 208 Irving St., was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery.

4:25 a.m.: Police responded to a report of an undesirable at Metrowest Medical Center on Lincoln Street. Steven Hayes, 27, of 479 Hartford Ave in Belllingham, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on a subsequent offense, trespassing, and resisting arrest.

7:24 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle at the Train Station on Waverley Street. Christine Gray, 28, of 14 Park St. in Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle after license had been suspended, operating a motor vehicle after license had been revoked, motor vehicle with no inspection sticker, and drug possession.

10:50 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Tedeschi’s on Waverley Street.

4:00 p.m.: Breaking and entering was reported at an apartment on South Street.

7:27 p.m.: A missing juvenile was located after police response on Belvidere Avenue and Concord Street.

9:26 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle at Edgell Road and Oak Street. Frank Romani, 40, of 1376 Concord St., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Wednesday, Aug. 15

4:36 a.m.: Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at Av’s Market on Beaver Street.

6:41 a.m.: Heidi Lka Yeager, 28 of 23 C St., was arrested and charged with violating a previous harassment order.

7:52 a.m.: Norman Pisani, 43, of 25 Danforth St., was arrested on a warrant.

8:00 a.m.: Robert Pesocolido, 30, of 25 America St., was arrested on a warrant.

8:00 a.m.: Emanuel Edwards, 19, of 4A Carlson Rd., was arrested on a warrant.

8:15 a.m.: Tyler Robinson, 22, of 22 Centennial Pl., was arrested on a warrant.

9:05 a.m.: Brendan Mackay, 38, of 2 Chickatawbut Rd., was arrested on a warrant for larceny by false pretense.

9:13 a.m.: Kassandra Negron, 21, of 29 Saint Lo St., was arrested on a warrant.
