12:02 a.m. Suspicious person reported at Pepperocini's, 486 Concord St. Framingham Police remove the individual.                              

12:22 a.m. Police arrest at 486 Concord St. Brian Fraser, 53, of 20A Centennial Pl.of Framingham. Charged on warrants. 

1:06 a.m. Group reported at McDonald's, 343 Cochitiate Rd. Framingham Police removed the group.

1:26 a.m. Motor vehicle investigation at beaver Park Rd and Beaver St. Police made an arrest.    

2:01 a.m. Police arrested on Beaver St. Richardson Cruz, 40, of 3 Beaver Park Rd #8 of Framingham. He was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, ignoring a traffic control device, speeding and cocaine possession. 

3:26 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Hemenway Rd and Water Street. NSTAR notified that pole struck. 

10:10 a.m. Police arrested at 16 Cove St. Raul E. Urzua, 21, of 34 Charles St. of Framingham.Charged with charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana within 100 feet of a playground.   

10:21 a.m. Police arrested at 16 Cove St. Anthony Khalil,  22, of 104 Cherry St. of Framingham. Charged with charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana within 100 feet of a playground.

10:35 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle stolen at 30 Singletary Lane.

10:59 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Grant and C streets, with no injuries.         

11:49 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Route 30/Route 9. Two car crash, with one person complaining of back pain. Framingham Fire dispatched.    

2:49 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Trader Joe's Parking lot, 659 Worcester Rd, with no injuries.

4:11 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at 170 Newbury St.      

4:56 p.m. Breaking & entering reported at 3 Lillian Rd. Ext.

5:20 p.m. Motor vehicle investigation at Waverly St. and Wilson Ave. Police made an arrest.

5:51 p.m. Police arrested at Wilson Ave. Robert E. Garber, 41, of 65 Waverley St. of Framingham. Charged on a warrant.

5:58 p.m. Group reported at O'Brien's Package, 440 Franklin St. Police advised.

6:38 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Concord and School streets.

7:43 p.m. Assault reported at Cochituate Rd and Wal-Mart Way.

8:46 p.m. Motor vehicle investigation reported at Bishop and Lawrence streets. Police made an arrest.

8:46 p.m. Police arrested at Bishop St. Joanna Peguero, 21, of 80B Taralli Terrace of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license.   

8:54 p.m. Hit & Run crash reported at Salen End Rd and Winter St.

9:10 p.m. Police arrested at Bishop St. Jeffrey Gold, 25, of 2 Gold St. Apt. 3106 of New York, NY. Charged on warrants.

9:44 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 142 Worcester Rd eastbound, with no injuries.
