2:28 a.m. Domestic assault reported at 135 Winthrop St. Apt 4A. Framingham Police made an arrest.

3:20 a.m. Police arrested at 1 William Welch Way Thiago Machado, 29, of 135 Winthrop St. Apt A of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.

6:41 a.m. Motor vehicle investigation reported at William Welch Way. Police made an arrest.

6:50 a.m. Framingham Police arrested at Franklin and Henry streets Jared Joseph Roberge, 23, of 65 Welland Road of Brookline. Charged with possession of LSD with the intent to distribute, possession of nitrous oxide, possession of Ecstasy, conspiracy to violate state drug laws and driving with a suspended license.

6:50 a.m. Police arrested at Franklin and Henry streets Daniel Karachievsky, 21, of 48 Hollis St. #5 of Newton. Charged with possession of LSD with the intent to distribute, possession of nitrous oxide, possession of Ecstasy and conspiracy to violate state drug laws. 

7:05 a.m. Police arrested at Franklin and Henry streets Anthony Spinella, 24, of 2001 Beckwith Lane of Waxhaw, North Carolina. Charged with possession of LSD with the intent to distribute, possession of nitrous oxide, possession of Ecstasy and conspiracy to violate state drug laws. Roberge was also charged with driving with a suspended license.

10:39 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 795 Edmands Rd.

11:19 a.m. Domestic assault reported at Bernardi Toyota, 1626 Worcester Rd.

11:35 a.m. Police arrested at Bernardi Toyota Douglas Melmiro, 33, of 1640 Worcester Rd #307 of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.

12:59 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 1001 Worcester Rd.

1:51 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Wal-mart at 121 Worcester Rd. 

3:30 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at 1 Worcester Rd.

3:55 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 400 Cochituate Rd, with unknown injuries.    

6:22 p.m. Police make an arrest at Reese's Pieces, 530 Waverly St.

6:40 p.m. Police arrested at 530 Waverly St. Vincenzo Porfino, 30, of 3 Dineen Cir. of Maynard. Charged with unarmed robbery and assault and battery.

6:40 p.m. Police arrested at 530 Waverly St. Feliz Velazquez, 33 of 90 Colony Rd of Fitchburg. Charged with unarmed robbery and assault and battery.
