POLICE LOG: 9 Crashes; Vehicle Broken Into at SMOC Housing

The following information was supplied by the Framingham Police. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Monday, Nov. 5:  2 arrests and 9 crashes

7:36 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Framingham District Court, 600 Concord St., with no injuries.

7:42 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle crash at 89 Bethany Rd. Single-car crash with an elderly driver striking a tree, with minor injuries.

7:58 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 609 Waverly St., with unknown injuries.  

8:38 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 73 Nicholas Rd, with no injuries.

10:50 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 1 Worcester Rd, with no injuries. 

11:35 a.m. Police arrested at the police station William J. Baker, 41, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with violation of a domestic restraining order.   

12:44 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 14 Cochituate Rd.

1:53 p.m. Police arrested on railroad property Hector Ortiz, 58, of 75 Hllis St. of Framingham. Charged with trespassing on railroad property.

1:58 p.m. Shoplifter reported at CVS Pharmacy, 145 Concord St.   

2:32 p.m. Disturbed person reported at Logan Express, 1 Worcester Rd. Framingham Fire transported the individual.

2:16 p.m. Investigation at Fuller Middle School, 31 Flagg Dr.

4:25 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at SMOC Housing, 300 Howard St.   

6:06 p.m. Disturbed person reported at Bethany Hill School, 89 Bethany Rd.

6:15 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Salem End Rd and Temple St.

6:22 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at 855 Worcester Rd.  

8:41 p.m Hit & run crash reported at 1 Worcester Rd.

8:47 p.m. Disturbed person reported at Liberty's Famous Pizza, 1 Nicholas Rd.
