Police Log: Downed Wires; Animal Complaints

The following information was supplied by the Framingham Police. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Thursday, Nov. 8:

6:44 a.m.: Police responded to the report of a crash at the Framingham Gulf Station on Route 9. No injuries were reported.

7:26 a.m.: Police responded to the report of a crash on Alexander and Irving streets. No injuries were reported.

7:34 a.m.: Police responded to the report of a downed wire on a tree on Summit Street.

8:07 a.m.: Police responded to the report of a downed wire on a tree on Elmfield Road.

8:26 a.m.: Police responded to the report of suspicious activity at the MetroWest Medical Center on Lincoln Street.

9:33 a.m.: Police responded to the report of a hit-and-run crash at Stop & Shop on Old Connecticut Path. No injuries were reported.

10:30 a.m.: Police responded to an animal complaint on Bridges Street Extension.

11:14 a.m.: Police responded to the report of a traffic signal problem on Winter Street.

12:24 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a downed wire on a tree at Seaver's Flowers.

1:12 p.m.: Police responded to the report of larceny on Newbury Street.

1:45 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a two-car crash at Midas Muffler and Brake on Route 9. No injuries were reported.

1:59 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a two-car crash on Central Street at Edgell Road. No injuries were reported.

2:25 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a two-car crash on Blandin Avenue at Irving Street. No injuries were reported.

3:10 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a breaking and entering on Hollis Street.

4:06 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a crash on Prospect Street at Route 9.

4:24 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a suspicious person on Old Connecticut Path.

5:29 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a two-car crash on Franklin and Main streets. No injuries reported.

6:32 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a missing juvenile on Bethany Road.

6:42 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a two-car crash at A1 Pizza on Route 9. Possible injuries reported.

6:51 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a hit-and-run crash on Norman Drive.

7:32 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a single-car crash at Stop & Shop on Old Connecticut Path. The car hit a light pole near a bank. No injuries reported.

9:02 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a problem with a juvenile at the Library on Lexington Street.

9:31 p.m.: Police responded to the report of malicious destruction of property on Beaver Street.

9:40 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a hit-and-run crash on Alexander Street.
