POLICE LOG Multi-Vehicle Crash on Route 9; Pedestrian Struck Water/Nichols

The following information was supplied by the Framingham Police. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Oct. 25: 3 arrests, 1 car stolen and 6 vehicle broken into

3:39 a.m. Suspicious person reported at 12 Wayside Ave. Framingham Police made an arrest.

3:50 a.m. Police arrested at 12 Wayside Ave. Matthew Z Ryan, 33, of 109 Simpson Dr. of Framingham. Charged with disturbing the peace, alcohol.

3:57 a.m. Suspicious person reported at MetroWest Medical Center, 115 Lincoln St. Police made an arrest.

3:57 a.m. Police arrested at his residence William Correa, 34, of 6 Greenview St. #12. Charged with assault and battery with dangerous weapon, assault and battery with intent to kill, assault and battery with hands, operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license.                                

5:47 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 488 Winter St.

6:40 a.m. Report of a missing juvenile at Wayside, 1 Frederick Abbott Way. 

7:31 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 85 Ardmore Rd.

7:59 a.m. Two-car crash, with no injuries, reported at 653 Worcester Rd.

8:20 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 61 Winter Park Dr.

9:37 a.m. Pedestrian struck at Water St. and Nicholas Rd. 

10:26 a.m. Motor vehicle crash, involving two cars with minor injuries reported at Watson Place. Framingham Fire en route.     

10:52 a.m. Motor vehicle crash, involving two cars with no injuries, reported at Edgell and Worcester roads.    

11:19 a.m. Court order violation reported at 56B Beaver Park Rd. Police make an arrest.

11:24 a.m.  Report of a motor vehicle break in reported at 84 Ardmore Rd.

11:25 a.m. Police arrested at 46 Beaver Park Rd. Julio Figueroa, 54, listed as homeless as Framingham. Charged with violation of a domestic restraining order.

11:27 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Concord and Howard streets, with no injuries.

11:37 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 400 Cochituate Rd. 

1:44 p.m. Investigation at Keefe Tech, 750 Winter St.

1:52 p.m. Multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor trailer at 1057 Worcester Rd by the Center Fire Station. Crash called in by the Framingham Fire Department. Unknown injuries. Highway department notified for damaged guardrail.

2:15 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Main St. and Route 9.

2:31 p.m. Missing person reported at 14 Greenview St. Apt. 218.

2:40 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 185 Beaver St.

2:51 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Edmands and Garvey roads, with no injuries.      

3:09 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 100 Western Ave involving one town vehicle and car, with no injuries.

3:09 p.m. Undesirable reported at Church of the Nations, 17 Concord St. Police removed the individual.

3:19 p.m. Bike stolen at SMOC Housing, 300 Howard St.

3:30 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Brook St. and Edgell Rd.  The crash involves a Linehan School bus, wth kids on the bus. Framingham Fire en route.

5:12 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle breakin in at 75 Winter Park Rd.   

7:53 p.m. Breaking and entering reported at 140 Union Ave. Apt .10 - benner House.    

10:25 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle stolen at 141 Hartford St.

10:36 p.m. Report of a car into a stone wall at 9 Underwood Ave. Police found car unoccupied. Vehicle was not stolen, but rolled in reverse down street.

11:11 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 416 Grove St.
