Police Log: Man Arrested Breaking Into Funeral Home at 4 a.m.

The following information was supplied by the Framingham Police. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Saturday, Aug. 18: 5 arrests and Framingham Police cruiser struck

1 a.m. Framingham Police arrested at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Milford Scott LaPoint, 80 Winter St of Ashland. He was charged wil burglary and armed assault.

1:19 a.m. Hit & run reported at 2 Foothill Rd.

4:41 a.m. Framingham Police responded to suspicious activity at Norton Funeral Home, 53 Beech St. Arrest made.

5:13 a.m. Police arrested Brian Willis, 32, listed as homeless in Framingham at Norton Funeral Home. He was charged with breaking and entering and  malicious destruction of property over $250.

1:56 p.m. Disurbance reported at Dom's Variety Store. Police removed the individual.

2:24 p.m. Disturbance reported at William Welch Way. Arrest made.

2:32 p.m. Police arrested Robert Magrini, 35C Arsenal Rd of Framingham at William Welch Way. Charged with disorderly conduct.

4:50 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Bob's Store in Shoppers World. Framingham Police assisted.

4:59 p.m. Arrest made on William Welch Way. Police arrested Dennis V. Douglas, 19, listed as homesless in Framingham. Charged on a warrant.

5:31 p.m. Medical call reported at Marian High. Framingham Fire transported.

6:19 p.m. Assault reported at 157 Second St. Framingham Police made an arrest. Juan J. Reyes, 55, of 159 Second St. of Framingham charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, knife and resisting arrest.

6:49 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Wal-Mart. Framingham Police assisted.

8:01 p.m. Motor vehicle crash, with injuries, at Hardy St and Old Conn Path. Framingham Fire enroute.

9:03 p.m. Framingham Police cruiser struck at 522 Concord St.
