POLL: Burger King Testing Out Delivery
Though there's no word if the service will spread to Massachusetts, we want to know what you think about it.
Burger King wants to know if "having it your way," means having burgers and fries show up at your doorstep.
The burger chain is testing fast-food delivery in Maryland and Virginia. It is unclear whether the service, which includes a $2 delivery fee, will spread to Massachusetts. In the MetroWest area, there are Burger Kings in Milford, Marlborough, Northborough, Westborough, Framingham and Shrewsbury.

America at it's best. We're too lazy to go through the drive-thru and need it to come to our houses? This will probably be a great success for BK.

Maybe you're just too lazy and maybe others are just too busy... ?

This is great. If delivery comes to the BK near me, I won't have to go back out for lunch after my breakfast of a sausage McMuffin and hash browns. Usually I'm too tired for that.

Maybe you are tired from eating fast food all day long? Totally kidding and I hope you were as well (gross...sausage McMuffin...gross)

They can't get drive thru right imagine sending the delivery boy back 6 times to get something right?

I just threw up a little (kidding) thinking about factory farmed 'beef' being delivered to my home. I was raised on local small family farmed meat and at age 35 that's still what I eat. Grass-fed beef has 1/2 the fat of factory-farmed beef. Eat up, Burger King fans! I mean...I love burgers. Just not *their* burgers. And I don't want the workers to know where I live (gross).

But Leah, lots of people already know where you live - the mail carrier, the newspaper delivery driver, never mind anyone who wants to take 30 seconds to look at the town assessors listings. Are the people who work at BK any different?

When you go eat it there (which is a rare occation for me) the food comes out luke warm. Now you have to wait longer and let it get colder? I can see it now, the huge converted bread truck, microwaving your burger and fries, while parked in your driveway. Pouring those sodas, right before they bring them to your door.

No thank you. Even if they delivered it and gave it to us for free, we would pass. All you have to do is read their ingredients(google the actual names and see what they are made of) and you will never eat there again. Well, unless you enjoy duck feathers and human hair?

Second time typing this so I apologize if it's a repeat. I wouldn't order it now. I'm currently living a vegetarian lifestyle but I could see maybe using delivery back when my second child was first born. I lived in a small town where the only delivery was a not so good pizza place. I could see having a sleepless night, baby asleep on my chest and my toddler wanting some mac n cheese how I might place an order for a burger for myself and mac for him.

Now that I think about it, the ones who voted that they don't eat there so they don't care, actually don't matter in the statistics. If you're not a customer of BK, then they don't make money off you either way. So, what they'd really care about are their customers that already there and if they would use the service... so the results at the moment would actually be:
111 votes
Like the idea: 61 %54.95495495495495
Will go through drive through: 50 %45.04504504504505
Also... 33 + 39 + 27 = 99. Whoever coded the calculation for the voting forgot that 0 is consider in a number with computers. 0 through 99 = 100 in reference to how computers deal with data...

We already get food delivered and it isn't any healthier than BK. I don't like fast food so I wouldn't get it delivered but other people don't like Chinese food or stuff you can get from a pizza place so they wouldn't have that delivered either.

your poll keeps rounding based on the ones spot (0 digits)...
33 + 38 + 27 = 98
