The talking heads are at it again.
How many times have we heard the mantra?
"Five executive level, influential, insightful and intentional leaders will share their formative experiences, intentional strategies and tactics in a highly interactive, moderated conversation, followed by Q&A and small group discussions at your table".

Lets see what has to be done to get things right here. Town traffic, illegal aliens, jobs, the list goes on.
The good news these "answer people" have job security just talking about it, while the issues continue to smoulder.
Why solve problems when you make your living talking about it.

Jim: You are on a roll this morning. Is it the rain? or did you miss breakfast?
