Red Sox Throw Curve Ball into Framingham Fifth Grader's Back-to-School Plan
What to wear on the first day of school was a hard choice for one Dunning Elementary boy.
Trey Adrian knew what he wanted to wear the first day of school - a Red Sox shirt.
When the Boston Red Sox when they made the largest trade in baseball history this month, it threw a curve ball into Adrian's plans. (The photo sent to Framingham Patch and attached to this report says it all.)
The Dunning Elementary fifth grade had a solution. Check out photo #2 for what he wore for the first day of school yesterday.

Framingham Patch would love to see everyone's first day of school photos from yesterday (and today's kindergarten students). Upload them at this link!

Where are his parents? School and what the Red Sox do to make $$ does not make any sense. Lets forget about the freed-up $250 million and keep this kid happy because he is going to be the Red Sox batboy for years to come.
Study, Study and study some more and forget the Red Sox.

I'm right here, Jackson. This story was meant for fun - a little poke at the Red Sox. Don't take yourself so seriously, life is too short. You don't know us, but to reassure you, our son does a lot of "study, study, study some more", but I can guarantee you, he won't forget about the Red Sox!

Trey, Keep studying and keep cheering for our Sox! Maybe if you study finance then someday you can be the GM and fix this mess!
