School Bus Accident, Students Not Injured
A mini school bus, transporting three students, was involved in an accident at Beacon and Summer streets this afternoon.
UPDATE: A sports utility vehicle and mini bus #20 were involved in accident at Beacon and Summer streets this afternoon.
Superintendent of Schools Steven Hiersche said there were three students from the Learning Center for the Deaf on the bus. None of the students were injured, he said. As school policy, parents were notified of the accident. Students were then put onto another bus, he said.
Police and fire departments responded to the accident.
