In the fall of 2011, Framingham town counsel Chris Petrini fulfilled a lifelong dream to hike in the Nepal Himalayas, the Rooftop of the World.

Tonight he will discuss his spiritual journey and screen a video on his trip at the main Framingham Library at 7.

His 40-minute video, Trekking in Nepal: A 50 Year Spiritual Journey, created by Petrini and Boston College student Michael Lamy, describes the highlights of his travel adventure to Nepal from a spiritual perspective.

After the free screening, Petrini will hold a Q&A session.

Light refreshments, by Trader Joe's, will be served.
