Both Aztec and La Carreta have the most authentic food of the bunch. La Carreta edges ahead based on atmosphere (the ceiling in the bar must be seen, but have a tequila first). But the food is good at both. La Carreta is our choice when we want mexican food.

Alcapulco's is also good, but seems like they're past their prime. They were better, but last couple visits (both Framingham and Milford) left us wanting. We switched to La Carreta, so we haven't been to Alcapulco's in a while. So we don't know if it was just a short term blip in an otherwise strong record.

Chipotle's is good for fast food. Margarita's is the disney version of tex-mex. A poor replacement for Naked Fish that used to be in that building.

La Carrettas is the most authentic, with acapulcos coming in second. Margaritas is terrible. The service is just as bad.

We enjoy the authenticity of Acapulcos. We also found the service to be great. They also do great take out service.
