Framingham Department of Public Works Capital Program Administrator Paul Gianquitti  said the signs are covered for a Massachusetts Department of Transportation project. The project was to have started in May, but was delayed until school got out (today) June 22. "The Fountain Street Bridge will be replaced in it’s entirely.
