Framingham Department of Public Works Capital Program Administrator Paul Gianquitti  said the signs are covered for a Massachusetts Department of Transportation project. The project was to have started in May, but was delayed until school got out (today) June 22. "The Fountain Street Bridge will be replaced in it’s entirely. The road will close from June 23 to Sept. 27. The bridge height and alignment will remain the same. Underground utilities including water, sewer force main, and gas that cross the bridge will be replaced. Temporary bypass mains will be used during construction. Traffic …
