DESCRIPTION:The Amazing Things Theater Company announces auditions for OL
 YMPUS ON MY MIND\, by Barry Harman and Grant Sturiale &ndash\; a fast-pa
 ced musical comedy farce that tells the story about the mythical god Jup
 iter's transformation from "one wild and crazy god" into a deity full of
  love and compassion.\nThe project will be helmed by Russell Greene\, St
 ephen Peters\, and Maryellen Skulski -- the zany trio responsible for la
 st season's smash hit musical comedy\, The Great American Trailer Park M
 usical. Also joining the production will be ATAC alum Joe Berry as Sosia
  and IRNE award- winning actor James Fitzpatrick as Jupiter/Amphitryon.\
 nOPEN CALL AUDITIONS start at 7pm on March 4 &amp\; March 5 at Amazing  
 Things Arts  Center (160 Hollis St.\, Framingham\,  MA). Please prepare 
 two short songs that show off your vocal range. Make sure one of the son
 gs is comic in nature. Readings from the script and choreography (includ
 ing tap dancing) will occur at the Call Back auditions.\nCALL BACK AUDIT
 IONS start at 7pm on March 11 at Amazing  Things Arts  Center.\nRoles av
 ailable:\n-Alcmene: The lovely wife of Amphitryon and object of desire o
 f Jupiter. Soprano.\n-Mercury: The earnest messenger and voice of reason
  to Amphitryon. High baritone/tenor\n-Charis: Sosia&rsquo\;s shrewish wi
 fe and Alcmene&rsquo\;s handmaiden. Belt alto/dance role\n-Dolores: The 
 sweet\, well intentioned ex-showgirl - somewhat limited in abilities - w
 ho was added to the chorus because her husband Murray is the main financ
 ial backer. Alto/(tap)dance role\n-Tom\, Dick\, and Horace: Singing and 
 (tap) dancing Greek chorus. (Various male ranges)\nThe production will r
