More About Danforth Museum of Art
Established in 1975 by a group of citizens, the Danforth Museum of Art just celebrated its 35th year. The Danforth Museum focus on American Art from the 18th Century to today. It has permanent galleries and temporary exhibits featuring contemporary artists. The Museum School offers about 400 classes and workshops annually. It also offers other community outreach programs too.
