Monday Night Yoga! Svaroopa with Steve Thoman

Amazing Things Arts Center, 160 Hollis St, Framingham, MA | Get Directions »
$180.00

Svaroopa Yoga is accessible to people of all ages and abilities, particularly beginners.  It is a gentle and compassionate approach that unravels deep-seated layers of tensions in your body.  By using precise body alignments and props, such as blankets or blocks, you are able to soften into the support and release while in a yoga pose.  This release gives your body an inner core opening deep along your spine.  It’s great for reducing stress, increasing flexibility, and relieving various aches and pains in the body.  Students often experience profound and lasting relaxation and bliss after taking their first class.
Steve Thoman, CSYT (Certified Svaroopa Yoga Teacher) has been teaching yoga since 2004.  His calm, compassionate, gentle teaching style is perfect for anyone looking for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating yoga experience. Steve’s classes are great for people of any age or ability.
