Don’t miss the 11th Annual Riverfest celebration—a rare opportunity to enjoy a full weekend of activities free of charge! Riverfest, which celebrates the Sudbury, Assabet and Concord Wild and Scenic Rivers, includes over 30 events in 11 communities and is open to all who want to experience the beautiful rivers flowing through our communities. In Framingham, Saturday starts early with a paddle of the Wild & Scenic segments of the Sudbury River from Framingham to Egg Rock in Concord at the confluence of the Sudbury, Assabet and Concord Rivers. Info: 508-877-8893 or faddenwn@aol.com
From 10 am - 3 pm, Framingham Common will be alive with family-friendly events, including activities for children, exhibits by local artists, food vendors, historical tours and presentations, nature walks, an ice cream social at the Athenaeum and more!
