Samba Steak & Sushi offers a menu of a combination of creative fusion, sushi and steak dishes. Some of the restaurant's eclectic selections include oyster or sea urchin shooter appetizers, seaweed salad, spicy conch soup and Samba seafood pancakes, as well as lobster tails, salt & pepper mahi mahi with jalapeno and mango filet mignon. In addition, there are 85 sushi items on the menu, including maki, sashimi sushi a la carte and vegetarian combos. 

Samba has included the nutritional information (calories per oz., fat grams, protein grams, total carbs, and weight watcher points) in its take-out menu. For groups, Samba provides several teppanyaki tables (tableside cooking) in a separate room. The restaurant has a capacity of 200 people and a patio area for outdoor dining. Karaoke, DJ and dancing are available from Thursday to Saturday nights.
