Sick and tired of being sick and tired? God desires that you enjoy good health! Ready to shed those extra pounds and keep them off? God's plan for health and a balanced life really makes sense! A StepFast Lifestyle Seminar will be held on Sunday afternoons 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. starting April 29, 2012 for 3 sessions ( Apr 29, May 6, June 10) at Barnes Hall, Framingham Seventh Day Adventist Church, 252 Edgell Rd, Framingham, MA 01701.  

The seminars will feature video presentations of preventive healthcare specialists. You'll receive scientific, Bible-based instruction in nutrition, exercise and stress management. Samples of the recipes demonstrated will be served.

A $5.00 fee for each class includes seminar materials, recipes and samples. Call 508-872-1518 to register today or email stepfastfram@yahoo.com. You can find energy to StepFast!

Health care providers will be available to answer questions at each session. Each session will include a fitness segment.  The dates and Seminar topics are:

Located on Edgell Road, the Framingham Seventh Adventist Church is led by Pastor Van Lalkima Sailo. The Church is very active in Community service. Members participate in tutoring and mentoring programs, disaster response and missions. One Saturday a month, members collect non-perishables for a Natick Food pantry. Church members also sponsor a dinner at a local homeless shelter monthly.
