This is a fun, low-impact Zumba(R) Fitness class offered at the King Building Gym for school employees and the general public. Start your New Year off right with great music, easy to follow steps and lower-impact than the regular classes you see at the gym.
Dance your calories and stress away while having fun - no dance experience necessary - beginners welcome! Wear comfortable workout clothes, sneakers and bring water!
Classes taught by licensed instructor, Jayne Carney. Check my website for any scheduling changes or cancellations.
